Upon arrival please park on the hardstanding just past the office then come to Reception to book in to be allocated your pitch. Book in time is after 1pm although if you arrive early and your pitch is free we will try and accomodate you. Please vacate your pitch by 11am.
We have a strict 10MPH site limit. Please adhere to this for the safety of all. Persistent offenders could be asked to leave.
We do not accept commercial vehicles or signwritten vehicles without prior approval. (Please contact us direct by telephone).
The general waste bins are located outside each toilet/shower block and the recycling facilities are located at the side of the first shower block.
Dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times whilst on site and taken off site for toilet duties and exercise. The exercise area is the river pathway accessed at the site entrance. Dog waste bins are located along this pathway. If your dog does have an accident on site then please CLEAN IT UP. This policy will ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all, failure to adhere to these rules will result in you being asked to leave the site. We do have restrictions of certain breeds which we are happy to take. Please contact us direct to check which breeds are restricted.
Visitors to those on site with us MUST report to Reception on arrival. Any use by visitors of the facilities on site will be charged for - swimming pool, play area etc. Please see the tariff for details.
We are a family orientated site and therefore any bad language or excessive noise will not be tolerated. We want you to enjoy your holiday but not at the expense of others ! All music must be switched off by 11.00pm.
Please note that these facilities are NOT monitored and therefore children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Our restaurant and takeaway offers freshly cooked, reasonably priced meals and snacks. Our welcoming bar is open to all staying on site although young children must be supervised. Draught beers include Tribute and Kronenberg. These facilities are seasonal and open at Easter, May Bank Holidays and then end of May through to mid September. If you are booking a holiday at the beginning or end of this period and these facilities are particularly important to you then please ask us when booking for specific dates to avoid disappointment.
We do not allow single sex groups (3 or more) and there must be at least one person over the age of 25 present per booking.
